How we work

A clear path from idea to impact

Four stages, each with a defined output. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and what you are holding at the end of it.

01

Discover

Interviews, data pulls, and the numbers you already hold. Goals, constraints, and success metrics are locked in writing before a single recommendation is made.

A written diagnostic
02

Design

Options, trade-offs, and a recommendation you can defend internally. The financial consequence is modelled before anyone commits resources to it.

A costed recommendation
03

Deliver

We stay through implementation. The cadence is built, the owners are coached, and the work is measured against the baseline agreed at the start.

Execution with owners
04

Launch & Scale

Handover, documentation, and a support window that covers the period where the plan either takes hold or quietly fails. Thirty days of support included as standard.

A plan that outlasts us
Timing

What a realistic engagement looks like

A focused diagnostic usually runs two to three weeks from kickoff. Implementation length depends entirely on the scope, and we will tell you a realistic range before you sign anything rather than after.

We do not compress a diagnostic to fit a date. If the work genuinely cannot be done responsibly in the window available, we will say so and suggest what would need to change.

How we engage

Fixed scopeDefined deliverables, fixed price, agreed in writing before we begin.
RetainerDedicated senior capacity, month to month, for ongoing advisory work.
AdvisoryDecision support and coaching for owners and leadership teams.
What we ask of you

The conditions for the work to work

A diagnostic is only as good as the honesty of the inputs, and execution is only as good as the owners. Before starting we ask for three things: access to the people who own the work, access to the data behind it, and a decision-maker in the room.

Where those three are not available, we will say so at proposal stage rather than discover it in week three.

Working principles

Written before recommendedFindings are documented and agreed before a recommendation is made.
Modelled before committedThe financial consequence is quantified before anyone spends.
Named or flaggedIf we cannot name an owner for an action, we say so in the plan.
You own the outputPlans, models, and build output are yours on final payment.
