STRATEGY

Mid-market services firm, repositioned around margin

A note on these examples

Why there are no client names on this page

We describe the shape of the work and how it is scoped, rather than publishing client names and outcome statistics. Several of the businesses we work with are early-stage or privately held, and the engagements are often sensitive enough that we do not name them without written permission.

If you want detail on a specific sector or engagement type, ask and we will walk you through it — including references where the client has agreed to them.

What every engagement includes

A written diagnosticFindings in a document you can circulate, before any recommendation is made.
Named ownersOne accountable person against every action, agreed with you.
A 90-day horizonPlans carry dates and milestones, not intentions.
HandoverDocumentation that outlives the engagement.
