Leads the firm and sits in the room on every engagement from scoping to handover. Responsible for the standard of the work, the people assigned to it, and the advice to tell a client when they should not spend.
Runs marketing strategy and brand engagements, and owns how the firm presents itself. Brings positioning, channel strategy, and the measurement discipline that tells a client which spend is working.
We keep the team small, which means we take on a limited number of engagements at a time. If you are an operator or an analyst who works at this level — and even if there is no role advertised — we would still like to hear from you.
