Overview
Freelcs LLC collects only the information you choose to give us. We do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the providers needed to operate this website and reply to you.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, company size, the topic and package you selected, and the content of your message. This is used to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for any conversation that follows.
Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, including IP address and request time, for security and diagnostics.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie to protect the contact form against fraudulent submissions. It is required for the form to work and is not used for tracking.
If analytics are enabled, a provider such as Google Analytics will record information about how visitors use the site, including pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address. Analytics remain switched off entirely until a measurement ID is configured, and no analytics code is served before then.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. It is configured to run in a privacy-preserving mode that does not display a challenge and does not set advertising cookies. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms, and your browser contacts Google as a result of submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement begins, correspondence is retained for the period required by tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
- Our email and web hosting providers, who process this information on our behalf.
- Google, in respect of reCAPTCHA verification and, if enabled, analytics.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where we are required to disclose by law.
We do not sell your information and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. We will respond within a reasonable period and will ask you to verify your identity first.

Security
Data in transit is protected by TLS. Form submissions are validated server-side, and access to the mailbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold information we do not need.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and will revise the date shown at the top of it.
